“New Spring planting for the Community Prayer Garden”
Annual Church Spring Clean up
Saturday May 3rd, 2014 9:00am – 12:00pm
On Saturday May 3rd we will have an all church workday getting our prayer garden and church property ready for the summer (WEED), then we will all share in a lunch together (FEED), and head out to meet our neighbors and distribute our new church brochures (SEED). Please sign up on the landing if you are able to help with this important (and fun!) event.
We will need as many members, friends, volunteers as needed for this project. This includes cleaning inside and outside the church, grounds clean–up, and doing repairs. We will also have a group of volunteers distributing church fliers in the Germantown area. The Outreach Committee will provide donuts, coffee, and juice followed by a light lunch after the clean up. We will have a raffle for volunteers ~ one youth and one adult could win a scrip gift card.
