Last year St. John United Church of Church and the cemetery just west of the church were designated as historical properties in the Village of Germantown. The official plaque has now been installed at the cemetery thanks to the village Historical Commission. So drive by and take a look. The plaque is affixed to a large rock and enhances the property. At the time of this writing the plaque for the church has not been installed but it will be shortly.
